and Centruroides gracilis and Centruroides limpidus - in Querétaro, where you have tagged this one so there is a fair chance that they may be different species. I am not sure if this is the correct genus either, but I could not tell from this photo it is very small.
Centruroides limpidus is striped, so I don't think it is the right one.

Centruroides gracilis is darker with yellow legs.
