    Appears very similar bronzed tiger beetle but the back patterns are slightly different from photos I have seen.

    Genus Brasiella Rivalier. There are three look-alikes (thus far) known from Trinidad. The elytral markings on this one are a good fit for Brasiella argentata. An earlier identification as Cicindela repanda is erroneous - repanda is strictly Nearctic. Posted 8 years ago
