    Sorry but I think this could be White Brain - Exidia thuretiana not Crystal Brain, you should be able to see the actual crystals inside especially with the back lighting in this shot. Posted 9 years ago, modified 9 years ago

      I've wondered at many times about this one - it doesn't really quite match anything I've found - it seems much more clear than white brain, but you are right, I can't spot any mineral inclusions, which it should have to be crystal brain. I've even wondered if it is an "albino" of something that isn't usually clear Posted 9 years ago
