    1. Quite remarkable isn't it. I was just thinking I probably should have flipped the photo. Her body is underneath the nest, by the stalk so yes, the top view. She sat like this for ages, like she was protecting the nest. I would have expected the nest to be larger than three cells. Sometimes they are quite small, but at least a dozen cells usually. perhaps she was taking a break, I will check on her tomorrow. Posted 11 years ago
