      It does look very much like the white peacock (adults are very common in my area) however the (few) images I have found such as

      show some differences, the white peacock has redder spines and the antennae are shorter and less curved.
      This could be due to different development stages or this might be the caterpillar of the red peacock

      but I have been unable to find images of red peacock caterpillars.
