    When you say you can't identify it, you mean you don't know it, or that you do know it yet the system doesn't let you identify it? If you do know it, yet the automated system does not work, you can request manual species creation. It is in the identification dialog, under the "advanced" toggle. Please only use that option for requesting a real species, often people mistakenly request a way to generic term such as an entire family or genus of species. Posted 11 years ago
