    1. In Indian national parks there are many naming schemes for tigers, T-28 means Tiger 28 it is easy to track an animal if it has a name , another method is dirctly naming it like - B2, charger , etc
      In ranthambore all tigers are named by the prefix T

The Bengal tiger is the most numerous tiger subspecies. Its populations have been estimated at 1,706–1,909 in India, 440 in Bangladesh, 163–253 in Nepal and 67–81 in Bhutan.
