    Looks like a Metallic green bee (Genus Agapostemon) (http://tt.geoview.info/metallic_green_bee_genus_agapostemon,50260076p), Im guess the Admins dont agree as my ID was removed.

    1. You have requested an ID to be created for this one, I don't think you have identified it. For species identification to work, you have to know the exact single species name, preferably the scientific name. If there is a Wikipedia entry for that species in English, the information should be uploaded automatically. If there is no such entry, it can be created in the JungleDragon database upon request. In this case you only know the genus and there are about 45 species in it. For an ID to be created you have to identify it further to a single species and preferably provide a reference with some information about it. Posted 11 years ago
