Butterflies on Callistemon Do you know what species these butterflies belong to? I photographed them a few years ago in a garden in Western Queensland and haven&#039;t been able to find out their name since. They are seen here on a Bottlebrush flower (Callistemon viminalis).<br />

''Callistemon viminalis'' , also known as Weeping Bottlebrush, is a shrub or small tree in the family Myrtaceae. It is native to the states of New South Wales and Queensland in Australia where it often occurs along watercourses.

Similar species: Myrtles, Evening Primroses.
