Pupa - Complex Phytomyza minuscula group I extracted this pupa from the leaf mine. Pupae for this species group are usually plump and attach themselves to the outside of the leaf. This entire leaf had pupae inside the leaf and all were flat, like this one. Not sure why.<br />

    1. Thanks...I am planning to go back and look for more. I am curious as to what was wrong with the pupae in this leaf since they shouldn't have pupated while still in their leaf mine. Posted one year ago
