Might be Lycopodium clavatum, but not sure.
Update: Lycopodium japonicum, seems more likely, see discussion below.

Lovely scene. Lycopodium seems like a good guess. Lycopodium japonicum might be a possibility too, but I'm not at all sure. Posted one year ago
