large, soft, toast colored mushrooms Everything about these reminded me of a flan.. a little brown on the top, pale yellow underneath, very soft and fragile.. The gills were pale yellow, and as they were very soft and even at the age they seemed to be were not discolored by dark spore, I'm assuming the spore is light colored.
