  1. The protuberances on its pronotum are so cool. Helonotus was what I came up with too. Posted one year ago
    1. Protuberances...do they any purpose that you know of? Armor, perhaps?

      1. Technically, I think they are called tubercles. I'm not sure of the purpose, probably defense or decorative. Pristhesancus is another genus that has them, and is also found in Papua. Or, there could be other, similar species in the tribe Harpactorini. Posted one year ago
