Flatid Planthopper
The species I used to thought is a Citrus Flatid Planthopper (Metcalfa pruinosa), that's because those white dots, a few black patches at its sides, generally grey brownish color, as well as the yellow eyes. Now I understand that Citrus planthopper is not exist in this part of the world. I searched with only the genus name Metcalfa, all results go to Metcalfa pruinosa. I can only mention Flatidae at the moment. Some body shed some lights please? (That's another type with longer legs, overall grey white body that can be found at the same area)
