Flatid Planthopper The species I used to thought is a Citrus Flatid Planthopper (Metcalfa pruinosa), that's because those white dots, a few black patches at its sides, generally grey brownish color, as well as the yellow eyes. Now I understand that Citrus planthopper is not exist in this part of the world. I searched with only the genus name Metcalfa, all results go to Metcalfa pruinosa. I can only mention Flatidae at the moment. Some body shed some lights please?   1. My guess would be a species in the genus Seliza. Not many photos of it online and limited documentation. By the way, here's a good resource on Asian planthoppers:
