Found on the outskirts of Florencia, where we did a casual birding session in a stretch of wetlands.

This likely is the nest of a species of termite in the genus Nasutitermes. One clue in that direction is the carton tunnel below the nest (and also upwards in both directions), used for (protected) transport.
