Please help me to identify this grass spider.

  3. Its a Lynx Spider. PFB the link. This species doesn't seem to available in the species identification list. Guess we need to add it.

    2. This is an entire family of Lynx Spiders (Oxyopidae) containing 9 genera. According to wikipedia there are 419 species or 447, according to EOL.
