  1. Cute! It's probably in the family Dolichopodidae. I was thinking Chrysotus sp., but they aren't found in your area. So, that would be a no. ;P

    1. Wow, that is similar. My book mentions that a we have Condylostylus - but they don't appear to hold their wings in the same manner, and Mesorhaga sp. (pretty much no info or photos) here. It notes that other species of long legged flies here do not have 'upwardly bulging eyes'... not sure if the one above does or not.. Posted 3 years ago, modified 3 years ago
