
Treehopper Nymph Exuvia - Family Membracidae
I found this exuvia hanging from a leaf and stuck to some silk. At first, I thought it must have been a predator's victim. But, upon closer inspection, you can see that it actually emerged from its exuvia. The white coils are tracheal linings, which come out while molting.
