  1. Beautiful species!

    I do want to double-check this one. May I know how you came to the ID?
    When I look up reference photos, most look quite different. Yellow stem and no depressed cap. Admittedly, it's very variable. The other concern is that this is a Southern European species, with only one other observation found in Belgium. So visually and geographically it's not impossible, but unlikely, which is a good reason to double-check.

    1. I don't know for sure so I removed sp. there are sightings in Belgium but is tru is rare. I have no official way to confirm so I leave it out. Posted 3 years ago
      1. Thanks. Fungi can be especially hard.

        My personal approach is that over time I collected a bunch of useful Facebook groups where I first post there to get at least some opinions.
