Flower spider pastel paradise
I came across an oh so tiny male flower/crab spider, king of his castle. I watched him hunting, perhaps looking for the ladies.
In the time I spent watching him, he didn't stray from this one small area, as if he'd made it very much his own little pastel paradise.
I chose to present him here as only a small subject, surrounded by his marshmallow kingdom - to emphasise his tiny size.
Seen on native Eremophila nivea.
3 mm body length
