Wall Lizard For me lizards are signs of a warm climate. But this one was living in Innsbruck, Austria, which I would say isn&#039;t that warm at all.<br />

Wall Lizard

For me lizards are signs of a warm climate. But this one was living in Innsbruck, Austria, which I would say isn't that warm at all.

    Wall Lizard I didn't expect to come across lizards in Austria where it isn't that warm in the summer. <br />
You can see the lizard is making it's belly wider to catch some extra sun rays.<br />

The common wall lizard is a species of lizard with a large distribution in Europe and well-established introduced populations in North America, where it is also called the European wall lizard. It can grow to about 20 cm in total length.
