
Indian Tobacco - Lobelia inflata
Although, indian tobacco, aka puke weed, has been used medicinally, it's not a plant to be messed with. The root is toxic, and can be fatal, if ingested. Plus, the plant has psychoactive properties, causes vomiting and diarrhea, and can cause convulsions, coma, and death.

"Lobelia inflata" is a species of "Lobelia" native to eastern North America, from southeastern Canada south through the eastern United States to Alabama and west to Kansas.
