Agathidium nigrinum
Found this one walking about in a bathroom that I'm rebuilding yesterday and put it in a tube to look at it better later. Once I had time to sit down for photos it had its wings unfolded (from trying to escape, no doubt) and wasn't trying to pull them back in anymore.
With both keys available to me, I land on Agathidium (Cyphoceble) nigrinum, but that species is supposed to be 3-4mm (FHL) or even 3.4-4.7mm (Kilian & Borowiec), whereas this specimen was hardly more than 2.5mm.
Agathidium nigrinum is supposed to be a wide spread species but rare over all of its range (Caucasus/Europe). If my ID is correct (despite the size) this would probably be the first record for the province of Drenthe (6 other of 13 provinces so far).
Will try to get confirmation.

If I rotate the bottom one (stretched posture while walking) a little better to align with the measure, it would just reach 2.8mm maybe. Posted 4 years ago, modified 4 years ago
