I hope to see more of these and am thinking that it is possible. First, they are predators and would naturally be drawn to my light because of the bug buffet they could easily get. Second, their early instar larvae feed on spider eggs, drinking their contents like a smoothie. Then, they pupate in the egg sac. I have TONS of spiders here. They are everywhere. I actually regularly relocate some because they get overwhelming. So, it's a perfect place for mantispids, I hope! Posted 4 years ago
