Putnam's Jumping Spider (Phidippus putnami) - Juvenile At a disturbed mixed forest edge, on foliage.

I had a long conversation/interaction with this cutie. It kept jumping on my hand and jumping back on the foliage. I would like to think this is one of the young spiders that I cared for over fall/winter, but of course I can't confirm that!
1. It was so friendly and definitely interested in me! I was delighted to feel it jump on and off my hand :D When I tilted my head it would tilt its body/head. It was such a bizarre and wonderful interaction. Posted 4 years ago
