    I think it's supposed to be Huechys Incarnata (not HueSchys incarnata) ...maybe that's part of the problem? Posted 4 years ago

      Looks like a typo I copied from the insect shop yet then Google did not manage to spell correct is, probably because its not often searched for.       Posted 4 years ago

    So wonderful, Ferdy! I'm hoping I can catch the emergence of the 17 year cicadas (supposedly they emerged not too far from here back in 2004! I'm already hearing reports from the TN/GA border! Posted 4 years ago

        Update:
        I've been hearing the occasional call down in our valley! I'm seeing reports on iNaturalist near the lake (we are only half a mile from the lake). Now if I can just find one. They sound like screaming robots. SO freaking weird!         Posted 4 years ago

              No problem, Lisa. Yesterday I saw a tweet by some organization to send in the cicadas with a fungal infection. Apparently some of them are infected by it, and they want to research it. Should you come across such specimen. Posted 4 years ago
