Blue-Banded Bees - Amegilla sp All I can say about these bees is that they seemed to be sleeping and that they are probably of Amegilla genus.<br /> One of my holidays mates was holding the branch where they were to help me focus the camera on them :-)<br /> It was interesting to see them sleeping or resting like this..there were more but most flew away when they felt our presence.
