  1. Did you get a shot of the abdomen? It does look aphid-ish. Tuberolachnus salignus is a big 'un. Do you have any willow nearby? Maybe Arp will chime in. Posted 4 years ago

        1. Going by the veins in the wings - yes, Aphid (not Psyllid). Other than that ... not enough of my expertise really to get anywhere with the one shot and without a host plant ... sorry! Posted 4 years ago
