Hanging Thief Robber Fly / Genus Diogmites This was captured unintentionally when I was photographing butterflies last week and I happened to spot it far left of the original subject. This is back of it, you can see wing patterns. It looks like it's doing chin-ups. It has been identified by both bugguide and iNaturalist as a Hanging Thief Robberfly.
