Neotibicen winnemanna) on a dirt road at a dense mixed forest edge. It was not pleased when I shooed it away to get a better view of the cicada! I&#039;ve heard that this species has been known to catch/prey on hummingbirds!<br />

I found this robberfly snacking on an Eastern Scissors Grinder cicada (
Neotibicen winnemanna) on a dirt road at a dense mixed forest edge. It was not pleased when I shooed it away to get a better view of the cicada! I've heard that this species has been known to catch/prey on hummingbirds!
