Red-footed Cannibal Fly (Promachus rufipes) Feasting on Neotibicen winnemanna I found this robberfly snacking on an Eastern Scissors Grinder cicada (<br /> Neotibicen winnemanna) on a dirt road at a dense mixed forest edge. It was not pleased when I shooed it away to get a better view of the cicada! I found this robberfly snacking on an Eastern Scissors Grinder cicada (
