They look fine to me Parthenium Hysterophorus - native of American tropics, it is famously known as "Congress weed" in India. This invasive weed accidentally got introduced to Indian soil around 1950s, when the then ruling Congress govt. decided to import an innocuous variety of wheat. It then spread wildly across many Indian states, and it still is one of the wide spread, and dangerous weeds in India; causing allergies, respiratory disorders in humans, and other diseases in animals that come in contact directly with its pollen.
