Smoky-Gilled Hypholoma

''Hypholoma capnoides'' is an edible mushroom which like its poisonous or suspect relatives ''H. fasciculare'' and ''H. sublateritium'' grows on or near decaying wood, for example in tufts on old tree stumps.
