Singara diversalis is a species of moth in the family Erebidae.

Appearance

This is a large orange species with slightly violet brown suffusion covering most of the wings. The forewing antemedial is straight, the postmedial irregular, sinuous in course as in the much smaller type species of the next genus. The reniform consists of two dark-centered pale discs that sometimes fuse into a B-shape.

Distribution

N.E. Himalaya, S. China, Burma, Thailand (VK), Borneo, Sumatra.

Habitat

The species is rare and montane.
