''Ptilotus spathulatus'' Poir. is a species of perennial herbs in the genus ''Ptilotus,'' native to Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania. It is the only species of ''Ptilotus'' that occurs in Tasmania.
