Appearance

Sexual dimorphism in the nymph state. In the male the pronotum and superior part of the abdomen is darker with white markings. The knees are also dark in the female. Legs and inferior part of the abdomen are green. In the female the head, pronotum and abdomen are copper color and legs darker with two creamy bands.

Distribution

Central America.

Habitat

Dryer parts of tropical forest.
