Cacopsylla fulguralis

Cacopsylla fulguralis (Kuwayama, 1908) is a ~4mm Psyllid (Psylloidea: Psyllidae) feeding on Eleagnus, originating from Japan but introduced to other parts of the world on cultivated plants.
