Myelochroa galbina is a foliose lichen in the Parmeliaceae with a whitish or pale gray thallus, a rugose center and yellowish medulla. The thallus rather narrow and tightly adnate. Soredia absent but apothecia (brown centers in gray cups) common. It can be found on trees.
