Chrysites Banner

Epiphile chrysites, the Chrysites Banner, is a nymphalid butterfly found in Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia. This species is found on the eastern slope of the Andes, at altitudes between about 800-1800m.
