Appearance

Dorsum of tegmina yellowish orange with black radial band, anterior edge white in male. Tegmina yellowish green with black radial band, may have slight whitish colouration anteriorly in female.

Male : Head greenish, eyes largely blue. Pronotum and mesonotum purplish. Legs lighter and darker purplish bands with yellow apices in all femora. Costal area of hind wings purplish with light yellow green streaks. Cerci long and incurved. Posterior edge of anal segment with slight concavity.

Length : 68 mm

Female : Head light and mid green, yellow band laterally between eyes and mouth. Eyes largly blue. Two distinct ocelli. Antennae black with white rings. Pronotum, mesotonum greenish, Yellow lateral margins on mesonotum. Costal part of hind wings mid green with some yellow streaks. Legs lighter and darker purplish bands with yellow apices to all femora.

Distribution

Found from Sabah, endemic to Borneo Island.
