Appearance

About 10mm long.
Abdomen black with two yellow bands - the posterior one slightly wider than the anterior.
Thorax black with two small yellow tags; one just behind the head and the other a small crescent down from the forewing base.
Head black.
Eyes black.
Wings tinted brown more towards the costa.
