Synchiropus moyeri is a species of benthic ray finned fish.
Moyer's Dragonet Small fish from the Dragonet Family - Synchiropus moyeri, they have an interesting courting/mating ritual whereby towards sunset time, the Males will search for the Female and courts her by flashing his dorsal fins and if she accepts him, they will mate.  The male will then move on to look for another female and this routines happens everyday during sunset time.
