Yellow Sack Spider Remains
These are remains I found on a Pecan tree leaf today. I had not seen a spider like this, it looks like a young specimen. As you can see, the legs have been dismembered. Sorry for the blurry photo, I'm not good at taking photos of something this small, it's got to be about 6mm.
"Cheiracanthium inclusum", alternately known as the black-footed yellow sac spider or the American yellow sac spider, was formerly classified as a true sac spider, but now belongs to the long-legged sac spiders.
