Good Morning Mrs. Admiral
In the Admiral, wich is one of the peregrine butterflies in this country, the basic color of the top of the forewings is dark brown, with a broad, red band in this top of the forewings above, here with small white spots that make this Admiral recognizable as a female. At the top, the front wings are black on the top. Ist is typical for this type of butterfly that there are always some different sized spots on a black background.

The Red Admiral is a well-known colourful butterfly, found in temperate Europe, Asia and North America. The Red Admiral has a 45–50 mm wing span. The species is resident only in warmer areas, but migrates north in spring, and sometimes again in autumn.
