      Wow, I think I actually recognize this frog from my trips to Peru. I think it is Adenomera hylaedactyla. Sure enough, that species is known from this part of Colombia, as shown here: https://www.batrachia.com/orden-anura/leptodactylidae-39-spp/adenomera-hylaedactyla/
