Carolina Wren - feathers are red I'm not sure this is a Bewick's Wren, the coloring is more reddish than gray. It is a young bird though, which may make a difference? I had not seen this type of bird in my yard before. It's blurry because it was shaking rain off of its feathers after a light rain. It was hopping from branch to branch, and at one point fell off and landed on a tall tree
stump, then slid down to the ground. Fortunately it got up again and flew away, repeating the shaking and jumping.
