Pararge aegeria on Rosa rugosa After I "accidentally" uploaded an image of Aglais io last night (my head not screwed on correctly, thinking for a moment that JD hardly had any images of these), I figured I might as well continue on that streak of "Non-moth extremely common butterflies" and at least add this one too, that was sitting almost next to the Peacock ;o) Elymniini,Jane's garden,Nymphalidae,Papilionoidea,Pararge,Pararge aegeria,Rosa rugosa,Satyrinae,Speckled Wood,nl: Bont zandoogje Click/tap to enlarge

  1. And it was a good choice. One of the best of this species. Told you a million times: stop worrying if it exists, just upload it. The reservation to do so is unneeded, a waste of time, and stops us from enjoying beauties like this. Multiple if not many photos of a species is the goal. It's not a waste.

What do I have to say to change your mind on this?
