Rhaphigaster nebulosa - Eggs
The other day I found a batch of eggs of Rhaphigaster nebulosa and took it in to document the early stages again (I only have old series of images of that). The eggs took forever to hatch and proved to be turned into breeding chambers of a Chalcid wasp.
Note that the eggs, even in these early images, are probably just a tad darker than healthy eggs (often Pentatomid eggs taken over by Chalcid parasitoids turn quite blackish toward the end of development).
