  1. To me your ID suggestion looks accurate, even if the photo isn't entirely sharp:

    I see a LOT of things matching. Overall color pattern, with the white segment in the lower part of the wings. Head matches. Banded white legs matches. Striped pattern matches. Distribution matches.

    I'd suggest to identify it as Eucosma hohenwartiana, with a note "tentatively".

It is found in China , Central Asia, North Africa and Europe, where it has been recorded from Sardinia, Sicily, Ireland, Great Britain, Spain, France, Germany, the Benelux, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Baltic region and Russia. The habitat consists of dry open areas and grassland.
