    1. Ahahaha I got a bigger lens! Also, it helped that I was spending 8-10 hours in the forest every day exclusively in search of birds. Plus, this was Andean forest, with reasonably low canopy.
      Nothing else, I'm afraid!

The blue-banded toucanet is a species of bird in the family Ramphastidae. It is found across Central and South America, including Panama, Costa Rica, Bolivia and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
