The cinnamon flycatcher is a species of bird in the family Tyrannidae. It is the only member of the genus ''Pyrrhomyias''. It is found in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and northwestern Argentina. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
